Yoga Haven
We know that your time is precious, so from your first deep breath of the day until your after-savasana shower, we've thought of everything. Mats are complementary, you'll find filter taps in the changing rooms to fill your reusable bottle, and always cruelty-free, natural products in the bathrooms and showers.

The beating heart of yogahaven are the teachers and studio staff, who all share a passion for your wellbeing. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable on your mat, and we hope that you'll embrace yoga off the mat too - we are confident that our classes will change the way you look at your health and your lifestyle.
Services
Our team of experienced tutors - chosen by yogahaven founder Allie Hill, for their exceptional ability to teach, nurture, inspire and empower trainees - have worked closely with 1000's yoga teacher training students, helping them to develop their understanding of teaching yoga with their kind, non-dogmatic and down to earth approach.
We're making some changes and adaptations to keep everyone safe. It goes without saying that if you feel at all unwell you should not come to the studio, please just stay at home and rest. Below we've listed some of the ways in which things might be a little different around here. Don't worry though, we're still the yogahaven you know and love, and we're really grateful for your patience and support whilst we are implementing these changes.
If you want to improve your flexibility, yoga (and particularly hot yoga) is one of the best ways of doing it. Flexibility is a process that evolves with one's yoga practice. The body will develop in flexibility and strength at an individual rate, and a commitment towards regular practice will enhance anyone's flexibility.

I’ve just completed my teacher training with Yogahaven and am literally on cloud 9 right now - the whole experience was just a dream!
I’ve been practicing with YH for a few years and finally plucked up the courage to go for the TT with them and am sooooo glad I did! The support was incredible, both from the course teachers as well as my fellow now graduated yoga teachers! I signed up to the course simply to deepen my own practice and understanding - but I got so so much more from the experience than that.... including discovering that I actually really really enjoy teaching! I’ve just completed Yogahaven teacher training which was absolutely marvellous. I have learnt so much about yoga, myself and others. Allie, Amy and Tess (our trainers) were so supportive, knowledgeable and inspirational. Teaching was especially difficult during Covid times and Allie adapted the course to be taught on both Zoom and onsite which worked extremely well.
This course has enabled me to have the confidence to progress, view things differently and teach. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who wants to understand more about yoga, teach and enjoy a new experience. And it goes

I've practiced yoga for around a decade now. I've moved location several times, tried many other studios and always come back to yogahaven. For the price versus quality of tuition, nowhere beats it!
I've actually tried a couple of their other studios when living in different areas of london and the standard remains consistent.
The reception is warm and welcoming, and the tutors always make you feel calm and confident even when you're a little out of your depth in one of the trickier classes! There's a wide variety of styles available from meditative yin to power yoga to hot vinyasa flow.

I have been going to yogahaven since I moved in the UK in early 2019. Even after I tried other places, I couldn't find a better one! The team in yogahaven really takes yoga seriously and they consider it a lifestyle rather than just an exercise session.

I love yogahaven and while this year has been very strange, being able to remotely attend classes has helped me remember to take a moment in a hectic day. I was overseas with work for a few months and then quarantining on my return and it's lovely to remain connected.

I've been to hot yoga here twice and both times were great. The heat wasn't unbearable (it was like being in a sauna) and they suggest you get there a bit early to lie down and acclimatise before the session. The Hot Yoga Fusion was really good, though better for people who regularly yoga. The Hot Yoga Basics was a lovely way to relax and clear your mind after a stressful day. Both instructors were great, offering different options for difficulty and helping people with postures. The venue itself is really cool, with some funky wall art and all staff were very friendly. They have a cool store in

Great Yoga Studio. I have been going here for over 8 years now and love the mix of classes, having progressed through from basics, to flow, to the great variety. I also love the dynamic Pilates which compliments the yoga helping you build your strength and tone your body.

Did the 21 day unlimited yoga introductory offer to see if I might finally be able to get into establishing a ‘practice’. Absolutely loved this place! Experienced teachers who were great practitioners, large variety of classes with different teachers having their own speciality and added wisdom, hot yoga studio worked up a sweat but wasn’t unbearable, friendly staff, beautiful facilities and exceptionally clean! Even in 2 weeks I noticed a difference in my movement and well being. Imagine what a year can do! Just try it. You won’t be disappointed.

I caught a class here on a long weekend in London with Toni and I wish he could commute to Boston to teach. The class was invigorating and challenging, while still being fun and the right amount of intense.

The studio itself is great! Staff are welcoming and anyone who is a local will be glad to know about the high-quality locker rooms and showering facilities. Very clean as well!

This has been one of my favorite discoveries in London, so much so that I regularly travel about 45 minutes each way to get here.

I'm horribly inflexible, so my sister turned me on to Bikram yoga. I dug it, but it didn't fit me perfectly. Then I found Yogahaven. Wooden floors (don't get smelly), varied classes, good teachers, good vibes.

I still think it's funny that I do yoga at all, let alone enjoy it, but this place has been amazing. Especially in winter.

I really do like how hot yoga places are slowly starting to evolve to avoid carpet in the studios (leaves that permanent funk in the room) and moving away from open showers to individual cubbies. This is one of the best, modern hot yoga studios I've been to in London. Remember to bring a pound coin with you for the lockers (you'll get it back afterwards). So far I've taken the hot flow class (tough!) - it is a hot vinyasa class. If you haven't done it before, definitely take it easy. Now for the hot yoga class - It's slowly growing on me but if you're someone
