All rooms are decorated to a high standard. A choice of well appointed and furnished rooms with en-suite facilities, central heating, TV and refreshment trays. What to do. We are ideally located for the town centre and the South Bay. There is something for all ages in Scarborough. Scarborough is full of spectacular scenery with cliffs and beautiful sandy beaches.

Lovely building with amazing character. Gill is absolutely awesome, she really does go above and beyond for her guests. Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast is amazing. Only a 10 min walk to the sea.

Friendly and chatty host Gill is so welcoming and the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was tasty, delicious and plentiful. On street parking too with a permit provided. Right near the beach. Would definitely return.

Two night stay got there thursday left 6am friday morning after being persuaded to stay by my partner or would have left the day we got there! .
Room was filthy, cracked ceilings, tiles in bathroom, black sludge under bathroom taps, rusty accessory fittings, dusty, plug hole black, wallpaper bubbled up in bathroom to cover multitude of sins, ripped and mouldy near toilet roll holder, window in bathroom build up of black mould. Cracks around door frames in bathroom.
Never used shower as bathroom horrendous. Used wet wipe on bedside tables etc, dirty. Used one bottom of picture frame above bed

From the moment we arrived we made to feel comfortable and welcome. The host (Gill) was lovely and extremely friendly. Rooms were lovely and clean and extremely comfortable, slept like a log. Exceptional breakfast every morning x would highly recommend. 😋
