The distinctive listed building is maintained to the very highest standard both inside and out. The hotel is centrally located with only a short walk to many of Scarborough's attractions including the town centre, Stephen Joseph Theatre, Castle, Spa Complex, Futurist Theatre and Open Air Theatre. My husband and I went to Reflections on Friday night and we had the best meal we'd had in years!

The cleanliness all through the hotel was excellent. The rooms were first class .The standard room was beautiful and the superior room was fantastic. All the staff were polite helpful and professional and friendly. There isn't anything to fault at the Crescent Hotel. We will be going back soon. Amazing service, we searched around for somewhere to eat and most places where bookings only , we stumbled across this place tonight about 5 ish and couldn't have been happier with the food and service , there was a lovely lady who opened up and was very welcoming talking to our children and nothing was a bother for her even making my daughter a makeshift mocktail (j20 in a bacardi coconut) and really made it quiet welcoming , I'm assuming she must be part of the management staff and if not she should be .

We have just returned from a very comfortable 2 night stay at the Crescent Hotel with its fantastic location, over looking beautiful gardens and just a 2 minute walk to the shops as well as the beach. There was a lovely bar serving nice food plus a separate residents bar plus a more formal dining room where a fabulous breakfast was served until 09:30 and all of the staff throughout the hotel couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel.
