I have now been a tenant, a landlord and a vendor through Hyde, and chose them specifically to rent out and then sell my house after my experience as a tenant. They are a great team, and have a high attention to detail which meant I felt my property and subsequent sale were in safe hands. I have really appreciated their communication which as a first time seller with lots of questions has been really valuable.

Was very worried reading some of the reviews! Had someone out to look at the house yesterday which we rent and although it was my partner who met them they were very polite and nice and she didnt feel the invaded feeling weve had with other agencies.
Spoke to Daniel today who was lovely and im very happy to feel that we have an agency that actually wants to take care of us and the property aswell as the surrounding area! Mad to think that is something you dont see a lot of but clearly they take pride in what they do.

Told us that if we are not in the property when they want to enter it they will enter it without our permission. Told me they will be coming in normal working hours for 99% of the population and now i have to get a day off for it.
They wont swap the date and have just told me that they can and will enter it without permission, dont even know why i called them. Contract ends in June next year and i will not be staying with these people never spoken to someone so rude in any company anywhere.

Terrible awful horrible dishonest. Landlord swapped to these people for some reason and now were in the process of finding a new house because we refuse to be tennants with them.
Called them a month ago about a broken boiler, had someone out and it is still broken with no response to emails or contact.
Also checked with them what would happen on inspections and they promised they wouldnt turn up without consent! Had an email telling us that they will lock up when they leave and because they have given more then 24 hours notice there is nothing we can do about it according to them. So now we are

I have received some of the best service from Hyde Estate & Letting Agents, and it is all thanks to Andrea (or Andreea). She showcased a high level of professionalism, coupled with a friendly and supportive demeanour, and extreme care and attention to detail. Additionally, she was very quick in dealing with my queries and was knowledgeable with regards to the properties presented, which was an added bonus.
Although I have not moved forward with the properties viewed, I do recommend this agency and I will definitely seek out their services in the future (should there be a need for it).

I would like to say thank you very much to Chris Bushell for his help and support. He have been so professional from the very first phone call. I have always been able to get hold of him and he always answered my queries really promptly which was so helpful at the outset when I was quite stressed and worried. You really have made the whole process easy and stress-free, including helping me set up the tenancy deposit scheme!

I've been renting a property with this company for over 7 years now. I'm so impressed with thier professionalism! Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Will help you with any problem and support you with your landlord communication. House visits before pandemic were often but did not feel intrusive rather like a friend's visit.

Recently had issues with my oven and hob. Spoke to Chris and explained the issue to him. He made all the necessary arrangements and got everything fixed in a very quick and reasonable period of time. Furthermore, he also previously arranged for an accommodation letter in no time for my sister to arrive here in the UK as me and my wife were expecting our first child.

We left a property that we had been in for 7 years and was very happy there untill Hyde took over as landlord..we got a small dog and was refused to keep him despite us being responsible dog owners(and offered extra bond to keep him)..we redecorated the property every year at our own cost and even replaced the flooring in the kitchen dinner .(they had the cheek to charge to fit beading we purchased and left in the property). We found out that the new tenant has 3 dogs there on a regular basis and I feel that we was forced out so they can make more money than keep a long term tenant.to be honest

Absolutely horrible experience as a tenant under these rogues. I was repeatedly lied to over the course of my tenancy. On several occasions I was told one thing over the phone only to be told something completely different by email shortly after. Cowardly behaviour indeed. Avoid this company like the plague if you're a tenant or property owner, you will get much better service elsewhere.
