We both bought and sold through Murphy Waldron. Marian and her team made sure a stressful time ran smoothly at every point, despite the timing coinciding with Covid restrictions!

Marion and her team have recently assisted me in purchasing my first home. The level of support, guidance and customer care during and post completion has been incredible. This place and Marion who runs it are literally the worst letting agents I have ever had. They would make up you owed them money when you didnt let themselves in to harass you without notice when you are having a shower, and try and rob your deposit at the end refusing to respond until you go to DPS and they give you your whole deposit back as all their invoices are fake. I do not know how anyone gives them any stars unless it is Marion herself posting I BEG YOU AVOID, still I got my full £750 deposit back in the end after 20 emails and paying a solicitor to sign a DPS form. The worst part was

We'd never lived in Manchester before so we were completely new to the area. The agent that met us at the property to show us round was incredible, so friendly and helpful! They made us feel very at ease at a time that was very stressful. We put in an application to rent that property as soon as we could!
We've just moved out of that house after a year and 4 months and are sorry to say goodbye to the team at Murphy Waldron. They've been so lovely throughout our tenancy. Hopefully, when we come to buy a house, we'll be able to do business again!

Not a very good experience, I rented for two years. First of all, the flat was dirty when they gave it to me, dirty bathroom and dirty carpet, so they' didn't clean it at all, I had to pay myself a deep cleaning and I was appalled. I sent them pics but they told me they didn't see any dirt.
When I needed reparations they were always late in sending the maintenance and I always had to ask more times insistently, sometimes I was utterly ignored despite me sending mail with pics and proofs. The last drop anyway was when I left the flat (immaculate and in good conditions) and I had to wait more than

Absolutely phenomenal level of customer service and responsiveness. I cannot thank Marian and the team enough for helping me and my fiancée find our dream home. We feel truly blessed with the way they have dealt with the whole process from start to finish. Very bad agency. You have to wait a long time for repairs. Not a nice owner of the agency. They don't give away a deposit. They mentioned nothing in the apartment for 6 years. Old washing machine, fridge, gas stove. I do not recommend this agency.

Both Jodie and Marian (Director) were attentive and supportive throughout the transaction, and with complications in the transaction, supported the successful completion. Marian & her team have provided fantastic support, guidance & wealth of knowledge for a what has a been a big move in more than just moving house. Marian always on hand either by phone or email as where the rest of her team.

HELLO, IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING RENTING OR LETTING A PROPERTY WITH MURPHY WALDRON PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW.
I'm writing this review on behalf of my mum who rented a 4 bed property from Murphy Waldron Estates for 6 months starting in August 2016.
The property was not in a particularly good state when they viewed it but they were assured by Marian, the… managing director, that it would be sorted by the time they moved in. Unfortunately when they moved in there was broken glass outside in the garden, the tiles were falling off in the bathroom, there were naked wires and there was mould/dirt in

Marian waldron, director does not answer phone calls, does not keep you informed or any rent arrears, does not reply to emails, spends a lot of the time, sick, out of the office or is generally unobtainable. Marion Waldron is the sole person looking after my tenants rent that has been paid to her and is refusing to explain why she is unable to … pay this money into my bank account. Are they going bust? This is only my experience and it looks like there is only 1 other person, not me, that likes this page. I wonder why? In order to post this message so that others dont get ripped off I have
