Stevenson Whyte is a residential and commercial property letting, estate agent and block management company with offices in Castlefield, Manchester City Centre and in Sale Moor Village, South Manchester. The company has grown since its inception in 2008 due to excellent local knowledge, unrivalled customer service, exceptionally competitive fees and a total commitment to integrity and transparency.
The traditional option which includes full marketing, viewings, sales progression etc, managing the whole process. Our fees start from just 0.95% of the sale price, payable on completion. There are no hidden costs or charges. 2. Advertise only - this may suit those who wish to advertise their property but would like to manage the process, viewings and progression themselves.
This private office, located on the second floor of a Grade A business centre, is situated on Hardman Square, Spinningfields among diverse business neighbours. The office boasts space for up to 40 workstations, and includes 2 executive offices or meeting rooms and a collaborative work space area. An opportunity to occupy a 1,291 square foot feature packed suite, setup to accommodates 22 desks, with option for more at 330 per each extra desk.
All of our pricing includes VAT at the current rate of 20%; if comparing our pricing with other agents please check whether they quote inclusive or exclusive of this. Our fully managed service is priced at 11%, a setup fee of 575 applies for a new tenancy, there are no hidden fees or costs. This includes full written and photographic inventory, all tenancy paperwork and moving in/out of tenants.
To secure your property we take a holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent, this is put towards your total deposit (a maximum of five weeks rent) once reference checks have been approved and your move date set. Should any information be withheld from Stevenson Whyte that results in you failing reference checks then unfortunately the deposit is non-refundable.

DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
I've got a traumatic experience with this agency, because they will NEVER GIVE YOU BACK THE DEPOSIT PAID for the property!
They will try to steel your money in every way also if you will leave the property in perfect conditions, inventing things that are not write in the contract!
They charged… us 140£ for the cleening fees, but when we took the house it was a true sheet, was dirty in every corner so they don't really use the money for cleaning it. Plus they don't respect the terms of their contracts and change them as they please

Debra was fantastic throughout the sale process and always kept me in the loop. She chased everything swiftly and has clearly got a lot of sale experience. My house was under offer in 4 days and completed in 2 months. I would have been faster if it wasn’t for the slow surveyors, but it seems all surveyors we’re busy in the area at that time.

It was a pleasure dealing with the staff at the Manchester branch who were very efficient and personable. Their communication was excellent and we received feedback promptly after each viewing. Costs were made clear and were competitive with no hidden charges (VAT included). We used tenant find only and the comprehensive photo inventory was first class. Having had the displeasure of dealing with a national agent i've really appreciated the more personal service that Stevenson Whyte provide. I've raised issues with my development and received responses very promptly, and kept informed until completed. I was also really impressed with how our block's budget was reassessed, reducing costs in most areas meaning we had more to put towards others (gardening and sinking fund). Highly recommended. Jerry.
