Once again The Letting Agent has just let 2 more apartments for me . As usual the process was seamless and trouble free with an eye for detail and professionalism that is a very rare quality today and a pleasure to find. I tried a number , a large number, of agents before The Letting Agent and my parting comment to the last one was ‘you are not fit to run a Punch and Judy show’. After a seemingly endless string of dealing with smarmy rip-off merchants it was so refreshing to rent our flat through The Letting Agent. We dealt mostly with Liz and Ty who were always so helpful and communicative. They helped us out by getting a rapid turn around to move us in when we needed a place and they were very professional throughout the tenancy. We had one or two issues with faulty appliances and shoddy tradesmen but they were always chasing them up for us and ensuring that we had what we needed. They were also very fair about the deposit return.

The Letting Agent has been managing two properties on behalf of my wife and me since 2016, and I am very satisfied with the service from the whole team during that time.
As a landlord, I do not have the time or the resource to manage the properties myself, attend to maintenance and repairs, deal with the tenants etc, so all of this is taken care of by the team at The Letting Agent.

Staff at The Letting Agent have at all times managed my property in Manchester with the highest professionalism. I live abroad so I cannot be be around to solve problems that may arise.
