I would advise anybody NOT to use these kennels under any circumstances. I had booked my dog in for 5 nights and even though she was up to date with all her jags, kennel cough etc they still refused to take her even though they had already taken a £50 deposit from me which they also refused to give me back until I demanded for it back which they were reluctant to! The owner is the most disgusting human being who speaks to you in a vile manner, if she speaks to customers like that then I wonder how she wold treat your dog if left alone with it. Please for your own sake DO NOT use these kennels

Unfortunately my dog did not handle these kennels so well and her separation anxiety appeared high. We did not know this at the time prior to booking my dog in for a long weekend. Once we picked her up her condition was apparent. She had not been eating, the weight loss was evident and throat was hoarse likely due to the amount of barking she was doing. Not sure what went on during her stay and I assume the best care and treatment was given. Given my dog's reaction however, I am unable to give these kennels a positive review. My dog's behaviour has changed as a result and is barking more often

Can't recommend the ladies enough at the kennels my pug Franklin was there for 8 nights in December when I was on holiday I was sent an update on how he was doing whilst I was away , the place is clean and tidy and my boy came back the way he went in fit and healthy. Wouldn't think twice about leaving him there again and will 100 percent use them again thanks ladies for looking after our wee frank xx

Just picked up my dog Mylo after a week spent at the kennels. As soon as I saw her she looked so thin. I then picked her up and you could tell she had lost a lot of weight. When asked how she was in regards of eating and if she barked a lot or was okay with other dogs the lady just smiled and said "fine".
as soon as myself and my partner brought her home she ran straight to her food and scoffed the whole lot which she never does, she usually eats a bit then goes back to it. She was clearly very hungry. This makes me doubt her dietary requirements were met. She is a jack Russell so is naturally
