North Glassock Boarding Kennels & Cattery
North Glassock Boarding Kennels are owned and run by retired veterinary surgeon, George Leslie and his wife Nancy. With them are two full time members of staff, Jennifer and Kathryn. A team of four part-time staff help out at weekends and holidays. George and Nancy try to ensure that there is one member of staff for every 10 occupied kennel spaces to ensure good contact between boarders and responsible staff.

There are 30 dog kennel spaces ranging in size from 1.2m by 0.8m to 2.5m square. Within this space your dog has its bed. We supply "Dry Bed" or "Vet Bed" but encourage owners to bring a blanket and toys from home. The kennels are in four units, each with electric heating.
Services
The best advice is to have someone who knows your dog or cat stay in the house. This is fine but not always easy to arrange. So if you are facing an absence from man's best friend it is best to try to accustom your dog or cat to a boarding kennel. What both dog and cat need is a secure area, a warm bed, regular feeding, space for exercise and regular contact with caring staff members.

I have a cat so if I have to go away for any reason I book her into North Glassock . It's owned by George and Nancy Leslie. George is a retired vet so I know "Bonnie" is in good hands. He would recognise if any animal were to become unwell during it's stay. They also board dogs. They employ some young ladies as kennel assistants who feed the cats and dogs. They also walk the dogs. The cat area is heated when necessary with individual heaters for each cat. In the event of an animal being unwell your preferred vet would be called in. I don't know about their dog boarding charges but I know that if

We have used North glassock for our cat jack for three years now and he has been very settled each time, this is the first year I have used the kennel for our dog Bella. I was very worried about leaving Bella in a kennel as she has never had to stay in one before however I will not be worried for the next time. Both Bella and Jack were well looked after and she even got a little bath while she was there. Happy animals = happy owners

The best Kennels I have ever put my dogs in. The last time I put my dogs in, whilst we were on holiday, was 2014 and we had two dogs then. Sadly we had to put our beloved Ben to sleep in 2015 and our other dog Bella has been scared of her own shadow ever since. So we were naturally a little worried to leave Bella for three weeks. I should have known not to worry at all. Under the care of George, Nancy and all the girls who work in the Kennels, Bella was absolutely fine. She in fact actually helped to settle another little dog who was also very nervous.
Not only are you ASSURED of GREAT care but
