We provide a clean, safe salon environment to keep your dog as relaxed as possible throughout the session. We encourage you to bring your dog to meet us if you are a new customer, prior to booking a session. We would love to welcome you as a regular customer, and can assist you with managing your dog's coat on a longer term basis.

On the day and time of your appointment, we will have a consultation with you and your four legged friend, where we will do a health check and highlight any health issues, lumps and bumps or any matted coat.

After your dog is booked in its either straight to the bath, using only professional products (if your dog has sensitive skin please make us aware when booking in so we can provide the right products) or straight to the table for a pre-clip before having a bath.When it's time for drying, we have top of the range high velocity blaster/dryer or a small handheld pet dryer for smaller/nervous dogs.

First visit, friendly accommodating staff. Jasper can be a bit of a stress dog, but he was collected looking trim and smelling lovely, I hope he was a good boy for you. Super experience today!
