In this 15 Minute to Happy Healthy Kids, parents, grandparents, childcare providers and teachers learn to provide a 15 minute daily mental health program with their kids. By exploring mindfulness, yoga and positive thinking and creating fun Kids/Family yoga classes for children using games and exercises designed to make it fun and engaging.

The Mini Me Yoga Explorers Club workshop takes our foundational Mini Me Yoga 15 minute a Day program and expands your skills, taking your teaching to the next level. You will learn how to plan and lead longer classes and deepen your knowledge of how to present mindfulness and yoga to children, whilst still having fun.

Sitting at a chair for long periods of time is not great for our posture, however chair yoga poses can help us improve this. Combining mindfulness, meditation and physical activities, to increase calmness, encourage movement and release stress and tension.
The CPD Certification Service provides recognised independent CPD accreditation compatible with CPD requirements in Europe and the U.K. We are over the moon; I'm so grateful as its the hard work and dedication of so many on the Mini Me Yoga team that we reach 1000's of children each day around the world.
Become a Mini Me Yoga School - Accreditation Guidelines The following sets out the guidelines for Mini Me Yoga accredited Schools/Nurseries. 75% of its teaching staff to receive Mini Me Yoga training within the first year and continue to maintain 75% of teaching staff to having received training. Within 3 months of implementing Mini Me Yoga training, send 3-10 members of staff depending on the size of the setting on the 'Explorer training'.
