Services
Hypnotherapy is highly subjective. It is a form of therapy, and in order to be the most effective, it is tailored to your individual experience. Although I can't say with certainty how many sessions will be needed to deal with a problem, the therapy is structured in three session blocks.
Most people notice results after just one session, and are satisfied that they are capable of making the necessary changes without any more help, others find it necessary to do three or more sessions to make absolutely sure that the fundamental changes needed have been made completely.Extinguishing a phobia will always take at least two sessions, and smoking cessation is just one 90 minute intensive session.

After gaining my BA in psychology from the University of Alberta in Canada, I decided to move back to Glasgow, and study hypnotherapy through the University of West London. This is the only University accredited hypnotherapy course in the UK and included a Certificate in Personal and Professional Development, and a Post Graduate certificate in Hypnotherapy.

Will definitely be going back if there are any other issues I need help with. Its only been 3 weeks, but I have already lost 6 pounds!

Catriona is amazing. She changed my life in one session. She cured me of a child hood hair pulling bad habit that had taken over my life right up until October 2017. I am 37.
