Built circa 1890, the Grosvenor Gardens Hotel is a listed Georgian building that offers rooms designed with their own unique character and flair. While situated in the West End of Edinburgh's city centre, Grosvenor Gardens is within walking distance to the central business district (10mins), EICC (5mins), Murrayfield Stadium (10mins), Edinburgh Castle (20mins), Royal Mile, pubs, restaurants, and the Haymarket Train and Tram Station (2mins).

Our breakfast room is temporary closed due to restricted measures until further notices. Places of Attraction Report

One of the UK's leading visitor attraction. In August beyond the esplanade where you will see the Royal Edinburgh Tattoo and experience the history and views from Edinburgh's most prominent landmark. Experience the Royal Yacht at the Ocean Terminal. It is fully restored to its grandeurs status. The audio guide will give you a remarkable historical insight into how the Yacht was during its Royal services.

Cosy and efficient. Nice breakfast. My room had a two ways sash window which is the first I've ever seen since arriving to Britain more than fifteen years ago.

On arrival I was concerned as it was some time before the door was opened to allow me enter anyway I was met by the proprietor a nice friendly lady and all is good since then. My requests are being met and it's located centrally to everything

Good location right next to Haymarket with nice rooms and decor however WiFi very very poor. A bit disappointed at the WiFi considering it is very important when visiting a city for a few days to get as much information as possible. The breakfast however is very substantial with lots of selections. Would stay again if the WiFi is sorted out!

It was easy to find, the manager was very warm and polite welcoming us in, and the breakfast was good. Felt more like a proper house than a hotel though; like "homey", not modern.

Stayed here for 7 nights in September 2012. The price was right (£66-70/night for a single), and the location was excellent (2 min walk from Haymarket station and the Airlink bus to/from the airport). Wi-fi and breakfasts are included. Princes Street and plenty of downtown attractions are within walking distance, or a short bus ride. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
