Creature Company is an independent pet shop and dog grooming salon, which has been caring for pets and their owners in the heart of Wimbledon since 2001. We pride ourselves on caring for animals and handpick all our food and health products to support their well-being. Our staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and always ready to help customers with all your animal care queries.

Services
We think it's really important to use kind, cruelty free products on all our dogs so we shampoo with Tropiclean natural skin and coat care for pets. The shampoo leaves your dogs smelling wonderfully fresh and you can even pick a bottle up in store to give your pooch a mid-groom bath at home. Our head groomer has over 3 years' experience in dog grooming.
She went above and beyond to help me get all the bits I needed to give my little hamster the most comfortable living space. Thank you so much for everything. My go to for all my pet needs! Lilac seems kind and patient. Thank you for a great grooming service at a reasonable price. They followed up with information promptly.

Really great little store. I bring my cockerpoo Milly in every couple of weeks and the manager (Anna) is so lovely - she always remembers us, which treats Milly likes and makes sure to stock the Acana food we buy which isn't sold at many local places. She also ordered us an out of stock harness and gave us a call as soon as it arrived! Lovely service

Adriana is an excellent groomer. My dog was not fond of grooming at all and had always been a fidget when i came to being groomed, however, she came out of the groomers calm and happy and looking like a true Princess she is :) !!! I would highly recommend a new Creature Company groomer.

I came in on Sunday last week for the first time to get some supplies. I was served by this amazing girl, I think her name was Sylvia, and they had amazing knowledge of the productions and have some amazing tips for caring for my pets. Was an amazing experience in the store.
I found it weird though that I called earlier in the week and this women who said she was the manager picked up the call. I was really surprised as for some that works in a pet store, she didn’t really know much on the products, couldn’t get a clear answer which is why I came in instead. But she was being really sarcastic

Few days ago, i went this place for grooming. The lady told me to pick my dog by 1:30pm and she called me by 12:50pm and i was quite far away for grocery already and when i went back she asked me to pay extra 5 pound for picking up late. This is fine. There can be a mistake. But i do not, i really do not satisfy the result of grooming. Some part of my dog left lond some really short. And i just have found out that she shaved it way too short and there is scar behind the ear and i could see that it has been bleeding for a while. People make mistake. This is a lovely little pet store with everything your pet needs. They have foods for all the pets you can imagine as well as cool accessories like cite dog collars and baskets. They have treats and chews for the four legged furry ones and good conditioners for the coats of your animals.
They have some gorgeous rabbits in here and i'm in the process of trying to persuade my flatmates to allow me to have one!!
The staff are friendly and helpful and they also offer a pet sitting service where they'll take care of your pet while you're on holiday or working away.
