Wow what a wonderful hidden gem! Nothing was too much for Lola & Tony, they went above and beyond our expectations 😃. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Friendly and welcoming staff, the location was ideal, design of the hotel and rooms is beautiful and they even went above and beyond by putting up bunting for my partners 40th. Highly recommend. Best place we have stayed in Brighton (and we have tried a few!).

Amazing fantastic hospitality everything you'd expect from a B&B and more. At a very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended wouldn't stay anywhere else in Brighton. Three course breakfast nothing to much trouble

We really enjoyed our stay at the Oriental. The hotel has a really comfortable atmosphere and Lola and the staff were very welcoming - the complimentary drinks and the snacks in the room were very much appreciated after a day walking round Brighton! The location is ideal, 15 mins walk from the Lanes and pier. We parked in the under ground car park at Regency Square, which was only a couple of streets away. 2 thumbs up, would definitely stay here again!

The bed was comfortable, the shower big, the breakfast great (full english and all the coffee and orange juice we wanted) and it's in a close proximity to the sea. The staff at the reception was very nice and friendly to us. We are definitely gonna stay here again when we come back💯

I think this is a hidden gem and is exactly why I do not always stay at the bigger hotels. Great location, Lola is sooooo amazing, welcoming and just amazingly helpful, room is so cute, well laid out, bed was so comfortable, very, very clean. Sat downstairs in the lounge and I really felt at home. You have to try The Oriental. Come and say hello and stay. Pet friendly and Lola's dog is so cute. Am I coming back ..... absolutely! Thank you Lola!
