Been going to Willow Vets for years. When my little Schnauzer was put to sleep, they were so kind. I still attend with my cat Jack. When I moved, I still didn't change vets as I was so pleased with the service I always received. I have trusted the full team for 18 years and would never wish to lose their professional, knowledgable care for our feline family.

At Willow Vet Centres, we do things a little differently to many other veterinary practices. We set ourselves very high standards because we are passionate about providing the very best care for you and your pet. We never forget that you have a choice of veterinary care and the right to receive the very best.
As pet owners, we endeavour to make sure that our faithful companions stay fit and healthy, enabling them to live to an old age. Unfortunately, our pets do not live as long as us and at some point, we will have to prepare to let them go. Sadly, few of our pets pass peacefully away in their sleep. Therefore, we all wish to do the right thing at the right time, fulfilling our responsibility and commitment in their final days.
We try to get out of the surgery as often as we can to support Community events and if we can't attend, we try to sponsor. Nurse Gill has attended schools and playgroups to talk to our younger citizens about pet care. We held a meeting for our local pet professionals (groomers, charity volunteers, dog walkers, etc.)
The vaccine we currently use lasts for THREE years before booster vaccination will be required. If your pet has a Pet Passport already, or you have had the rabies vaccine done at our practice then this will suffice as proof. However, if your pet has had a rabies vaccine at a different practice and you do not have an existing Pet Passport, then you may require a further rabies vaccine with us and a further 21 day wait.
We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!

Amazing service my partner sent a message over facebook quite late a couple of nights ago and someone responded (which we wasn't expecting) however we phoned the following morning and got an appointment almost straight away. I took my pet down and she was taken in and seen. The vet gave me all the information I needed and I took my pet home. What sets this vet apart from any other that I have ever experienced is that later on my partner had a message through facebook asking if we had managed to get our cat sorted.

We have our rabbits seen by Richard here and he is amazing with them. Good rabbit vets are hard to come by and Richard is truly a credit to your team. We have also had our late cat seen at willows and although he unfortunately couldn't be treated he certainly was made comfortable. Would recommend willows to anyone
