I'm often asked how many reps to do, how to split a training routine and so on, but in my opinion, before all that, you need to go back to basics by looking at how you perform a single rep. That single rep forms the foundation of the workout, with those reps forming your set, those sets forming a particular exercise, and finally, those exercises making up your workout.

I was a member for nearly 3 years before the 1st lockdown forced me to quit due to redundancy, absolutely loved this gym quality equipment not too big so you can get your workout done quite quick without the faff, professional friendly owner, I'd give a 5 star review however opening at 6:30 rather than 6am is preventing me rejoining due to new work hours, however sort that out and I'd rejoin like a rat up a drainpipe ๐

I could have leave a better review as I agree the gym is small but complete, good location, and clean. But yes I couldn't becoz of the behaviour/attitude of the owner /manager wael. , it all started from an honest mistake that he could not admit he gave a wrong change.. Missing a pound.. Yes Just a pound.. And for some reason, he decided to ignore me asking his help, and even told a friend of mine he didn't wanna talk to me. Which I find immature as he was supposed to provide assistance in the aspect that it is his job especially being the owner/manager. When I spoke to him about it, he didn't

Really friendly gym with state of the art equipment. I was introduced here by a friend and decided to have some personal training from the owner (Wael). He is always helpful and on hand to give advice no matter what time of the day. He has written me a plan and shares his vast knowledge with me in each session.
The equipment is all brand new and well maintained... the equipment is always in the correct place also. I would defiantly recommend joining here.
