Mark Harvey and Dan Hughes of the BJJ team took to the mats at Nova Grappling on Sunday to test their skill. Those selected will be representing Great Britain at the IFMA World Championships in Bangkok this year. This is the most prestigious Muay Thai event in the world. Well done to all those who took part and we look forward to hearing the team selection.

Due to massive high demand we are happy to announce our first BJJ class for Juniors. Times as follows. Every Thursday 4.45pm -5.15pm, Beginners to Moderate levels 5.30pm - 6.15pm Moderate to intermediate level Class will be taught by the one and only David Muscat! Fantastic standing striking art encompassing fists, elbows, knees, legs, feet and clinch work.

This is my second home. I love this place. I train in Muay Thai and I'm there 5 days a week (more if I could!😀). The PT is second to none, the classes are awesome. The instructors are amazing, they bend your brain as well as your physical being, and that's a positive thing! They motivate you, they support you, they encourage you, no matter your age, experience, gender, whatever, they're BRILLIANT. The gym is clean and tidy and the equipment is fully maintained to all safety standards. The reception staff are professional, welcoming and knowledgeable.

Best gym, best people, best trainers.
Nemesis has fantastic staff trainers and facilities, it genuinely feels like a family my kids have all settled in so well to the team and absolutely love the place.
Can’t recommend it highly enough, you have to visit to see for yourselves you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing gym my oldest daughter has been going a year and a half and her two sisters started this year.. all the staff are so friendly and welcoming! The trainers are extremely hard working and go above and beyond to put my girls at ease. They are very patient and always take the time to go over things until the girl's understand and get the technique right.. it's given them so much confidence and they absolutely love going to their classes.. I'd highly recommend Nemesis I wouldn't send my children anywhere else..

I have been training under coach Muscat for 3 years now, every single session he gives his all to ensure all his students walk away with more knowledge, strength and skill. The best part of his magic is that he leads from the front competing and showing all his students how it’s done, couldn’t ask for anymore from my coach!

I have trained with David for over 5 years I have been in martial art for over 25 years and can honestly say you would not get a nice guy to be trained by He know so much and has a awesome way of getting it across Great with the kids classes as well my son trains under David also He has been in my corner for some of my mma fight and on the bjj comp mats too he as my up most respect

Dave is one of the most amazing Coaches i and my 4 children, have ever had the pleasure of learning from. He has the ability to adapt methods and techniques to meet the needs of all his students and their different learning styles. Whilst being professonal at all times; Daves approach to teaching allows his students to feel at ease and enjoy their class. He is fair, praising and encouraging. It is clear Dave loves and lives Jiu jitsu. I would highly recommend Dave to all.

Came along to the gym for the first time with a friend and my son and was very impressed. Everyone was welcoming and there was a real family vibe which I loved. Coaches and staff are incredibly committed, which, together with the amazing atmosphere, what more could you want. Loved it and will be going back 😊 x

My children have been training here for the last 3 years, it's like a second home!! Always a welcoming friendly atmosphere, coaches and reception staff are the best!!
We have travelled all over the country either competing or supporting, also been to Germany and Greece in the last year for world championships where most of the team won gold! Would highly recommend

It is genuinely the best gym in the world, I've never felt so welcome in a gym (of all places), I usually walk in and feel everyone judge me for at the time being the most unfit person in the room. The coaches are awesome and really care about your progress. I highly recommend training at Nemesis. Oh I forgot to mention, nobody there has an ego... it's truly the best...
