North Farm provides a rural retreat for those wishing to escape, refresh and recharge. We have two lovely cottages, each sleeping four people as well as a handmade Shepherd's hut on the water meadow. From well-equipped kitchens to ride-on tractors, we make getting away as easy as possible. Surrounded by fields and wildlife, you can wake up to the birds singing and go to sleep under the light of the stars.
Around the farm, guests can enjoy the river, feed the chickens, play in the games room or explore the countryside. The farm is located near Aylsham in the centre of Norfolk and the Norfolk broads, North Norfolk coast and city of Norwich are only a short drive away.

Each cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms and has a kitchen-diner, sitting room, bathroom and separate WC. There are wooden and tiled floors throughout with underfloor heating. French doors lead out from the kitchen and sitting-room into the secure, private gardens.
The kitchen-diner has been well equipped to make your self-catering stay as comfortable as possible including a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, as well as a good range of cooking equipment.Plastic crockery, cutlery and high-chairs available for young children. Handmade in 2014, our wooden Shepherd's Hut is the perfect place to retreat and enjoy the beautiful Norfolk countryside at North Farm. Mounted on cast-iron wheels from the local foundry, the hut is made from wood and insulated with lambs wool. Inside, it has a 4'6double bed, chairs and small table and a wood-burning stove.
All our accommodation is situated in the grounds of North Farm in the centre of Norfolk, a beautiful farm only three miles away from the market town of Aylsham but surrounded by open country. Guests can walk out from the farm in all directions or can fish on the Kings Beck (see below for more details).
The weekly tariff for each cottage is shown in the table below. Weekly bookings generally commence on a Friday and short breaks are available Monday-Friday or Friday-Monday at 70% of the weekly rate. We want to be as flexible as possible and so, outside of peak periods, you can also book custom short breaks or longer stays.

I highly recommend a stay at North Farm Cottages. The cottages are cosy but spacious, perfect for a couple or family. Plenty of useful information is provided, and it's a great base for walks or trips out in north Norfolk, or just relaxing in an idyllic setting (especially at sunset). Lots of wildlife, and the rural area is so relaxing so you really feel like you can get away from it all.

If you want the highest quality accommodation in the middle of North Norfolk, stay here. The cottages are just superb and finished to the highest standard. Under floor heating keeps the cottages totally cosy whatever the weather throws at you outside. 20 mins to many of North Norfolk's most beautiful beaches, as well as easy access to Norwich city centre for shopping or a visit to the castle. The cottages are very child friendly (lots of toddler toys in secure garden area) and the owners are always friendly and helpful. On site is also a beautiful Shepherds hut for rent(with a gorgeous wood burning
