Manor Farm Holiday Barns are nestled in the beautiful North Norfolk village of Lower Bodham which lies on the fringes of the North Norfolk Coast Designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The farm land and buildings were originally purchased by the current family in 1950 and was run by father and son as an arable farm with the farm buildings in daily use until 2014.
A cosy, single storey barn retreat. Tuck Barn features a stunning open plan living area with glassed wall that when open, provides a continuous extension of the living space into the garden! Tuck Barn was once an open sided tractor shed and following renovation, has retained the beautiful, old exposed beams with large full height windows in place of the open face.
Originally built as a grain store, Nichols Barn has great character with its large windows and open plan layout. All the bedrooms are on the first floor and enjoy views of the courtyard or the surrounding countryside. This barn is not suitable for wheelchair use and has steps to and from the garden.
Originally built as a stable, Platford Barn has real character with its wide doors, arched windows and beamed ceiling. As with all the barns, Platford Barn was named after one of the farm workers employed on the farm and his name can be seen carved into the brick work in the kitchen. All the bedrooms are on the first floor and enjoy views of the courtyard or the surrounding country side.
Originally used as the dairy, Pentney Barn has real character with an open plan layout, exposed beams and stunning gallery landing offering breathtaking views across the North Norfolk countryside. As with all the Barns, Pentney was named after one of the farm workers employed on the farm. Mr Pentney worked at Manor Farm for over 40 years.

We had the most amazing time in Sparks Barn for my birthday with all 10 members of my family all together for a special few days. The barn at Manor Farm Boden was absolutely fantastic, had all we needed, the owner was there to greet us and left us wine, chocolate, tea and coffee. The ambiance of the barn is restful, spotless but very homely with all mod. cons. It is 2 miles from Holt but for us the walk across the fields to Beaconsfield Castle and moat was the icing on the cake. The children loved exploring the ruins

This is an amazing holiday stay. The barns are perfect inside and out, loads of parking. The owners are very welcoming and ensure everything is OK. Loved the wine and chocolates on arrival. Its very quite and the log burner is great. Beds are comfy, all in spot of for a cosy get away.
I would add that if you enjoy cooking, bring your own pans and knives as the ones supplied are not good in the slightest for cooking to a quality standard. Not taking any stars off because I can see why they wouldn't be supplied as those who don't appreciate it would more than likely ruin them.
