I’ve now lived in my property for just under 2 months and I have to say Shaun Mellor have been the best letting agents I have dealt with. From arranging the viewing to moving in they were really professional, quick at responding, really friendly, accommodating as I had to move by a certain date and I know if I need anything they will go above and beyond to help. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I have experienced every estate agent within the LS27 catchment area in the past 12months, and I can honestly say it was refreshing to come across Shaun Mellor. I have rented via Shaun Mellor but also just completed a purchase with Shaun Mellor. The service received from start to finish has been impeccably exceptional, which I have not seen or experienced with any other estate agency with LS27.

What a fantastic company. I am so pleased at the service I have been given so far. I had been having serious issues with my previous letting agents and I had just about given up on being a landlord.
