We moved our properties to YourNest’s management having felt let down by our previous agents. Unacceptable! Myself and other tenants as well as family members spent days making sure that the property was imaculate for when we vacated the property. Using the YourNest moving out checklist to the last letter. Everything was perfect! We worked very hard to ensure this.

For the 'professional cleaners' to be called was not needed. Myself and the other tenants would love to see evidence of these supposed damages before we agree on the deductions on our bond. If this evidence isn't shown we will fight to ensure all of our

Unlike many Leeds based letting agents Your Nest has a relaxed approach that is informal yet remains professional and on point with standards and service. I have rented two apartments with Yournest and found them to be really helpful and good with dealing with any maintenance issues. They are far better to deal with than other letting agents I have dealt with before. They even returned my deposit within a day when usually previous landlords drag it out and take crazy deductions. When I'm looking for my next place I will be in touch with Younest for sure.

The choice of letting agencies in this part of Leeds is huge. But a lot of them are 'low hanging fruit' when it comes to service. Easy to pick but a bit over ripe. Your Nest service is better. This is because you deal with the people who run and own the business and the 'can do' attitude has never been higher. As a Landlord of some years I have found this small friendly and efficient company to be the fruit worth reaching for.
