We're a local letting agent specialising in student housing in Leeds. Over the past 20 years we have been letting and managing student properties within the areas of Hyde Park, Headingley and Burley. We offer a range of properties varying from cosy one bedroom flats to more spacious seven bedroom houses.

Services
Any maintenance issues that arise during your tenancy need to be reported directly to us so please email us at targetpty@aol.com. Once we have been informed about an issue we will deal with it in priority order. In the event of an out of hours emergency, please check your handbook or the information sheet in the entrance hall where an emergency contact number is provided.
We understand renting can be daunting, particularly if you are renting for the first time. We have put together a list of FAQs for you. If you can't find what you are looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us. If you would like to change suppliers, you're welcome to do so but first you must register with the existing supplier from the start date of your tenancy agreement.

Positive: Professionalism
Out of all the student letting companies in Leeds, Target are perhaps the most professional. Very helpful when it came to maintenance issues and staff where always polite, the property itself was above what you would expect from a student house and came at a reasonable price, overall a good experience.

They were very quick to respond to emails and gave us numbers to contact for urgent things. When maintenance issues came up, someone always came the next day after we emailed, and if we emailed early in the day someone would be by that afternoon. They returned our deposits within several days of moving out, and didn’t do what some landlords/letting agents do where they deduct money for small silly things.

Great company and great customer service. There’s never any problems and if we do have an issue they always fix the issue ASAP! Not much more you could want from a letting agency, the house is really nicely furnished and I know I can contact them about anything! If I was staying in Leeds longer I would certainly be staying in one of their houses. Would definitely recommend!
