We are located just outside Cambridge in the village Papworth Everard, for over 10 years we have been operating as a family owned nursery, we provide day care for 39 children aged from 6 weeks to pre-school.

Children's Ark Day Nursery was established in 2000 to offer children from the Cambridge area a safe, friendly and fun place to learn and socialise with the support of the very best nursery staff. Papworth Hall, which was sympathetically renovated as a purpose designed children's day nursery, Children's Ark Day Nursery cares for children aged from 6 weeks to pre-school age.
Bringing together the right team for a day nursery is an essential task and also one of the toughest; maintaining standards demands the very best people and we work hard to find them. Every one of our childcare practitioner comes with a range of qualifications suitable for child carers and nursery school teachers and we expect considerably more than the basics!
With over ten years experience as one of the best day nurseries in the Cambridge region, we have developed a distinct philosophy and mission for the way we provide our childcare services. Our philosophy focuses our attention primarily on the children we look after, but also on developing close, valued and trusted relationships with their parents.
We work hard to find the best-qualified child carers we can for our nursery and invest in ongoing training and development to constantly expand their skills and abilities.

The Children's Ark Day Nursery is based in the grounds of Papworth Hall, purpose designed into a refurbishment of the Old Coach House to provide a perfect location for child caring.
From our highly experienced team to the wide range of activities we offer that goes well beyond the EYFS curriculum such as fun cooking and baking and Tiny Talk baby sign language, laptop computers, cameras and video equipment are available to help the children's ICT knowledge and various resources to extend the child imagination in role play; we try to make our nursery the very best and that goes for the actual building as well.
