We are an award winning practice that has recently been recognised as an "Outstanding Practice" by the Care Quality Commission, which is the highest award possible. The practice has also recently received a Royal College of General Practitioners Quality Practice Award for the second time running.

We offer personal general practitioner and family medical services to patients in Little Stoke, Bradley Stoke, Patchway, Stoke Gifford, Charlton Hayes and Filton from a modern purpose built health centre which has been extended to include additional consulting rooms in 2013.Our Practice is in Little Stoke on the northern edge of the city, approximately 5 minutes from the M4/M5 junction.

If you are asking for clinical advice you can select the Doctor you usually see or you can select 'anyone' and once the request is received into the Practice the receptionists assign them to the appropriate clinician or receptionist/administrator.You may, therefore, receive a response from a Clinician or a receptionist as deemed appropriate.
Patient Access is a website and mobile app which gives you access to a range of GP services online, as well as access to your health records. Request repeat medication at your convenience, with automated delivery of your prescription to your preferred pharmacy. Keep track of your medical record, including problems, test results, immunisations and allergies.
If you prefer to order your prescription in person, fill in the right-hand side of your last prescription by ticking the items you need and drop the request into the surgery. To make sure we prescribe repeat medicines safely, we cannot process requests over the phone or by email.

If you would like to have your prescription sent directly to your chosen pharmacy for collection, please use the free text box to tell us which pharmacy you would like us to send it to.If you have a medication on repeat you will find the review date printed on the right hand side of your prescription (ask your pharmacist for the copy if your prescriptions are sent electronically).

55-year-old patient in "at risk" group for Covid. Completely ignored and overlooked not once, but twice. Missed during initial vaccine rollout, and only found out due to their bragging on Facebook that all my cohort had been done. Thought the same could not possibly happen again, so meekly waited to be contacted for my booster, which should have been on or after 1st December under the previous "six month" rule, which the government then changed to just three months. Whilst I didn't expect to be vaccinated on the exact 6-month anniversary, I DID expect to be contacted around that time to set a date

Wow. Absolutely brilliant surgery and team. We were travelling and little baby became unwell, did a temporary registration without much hassle ( was visiting Bristol)and had Dr. Robb call me within an hr. Such a patient and kind doctor! Listening to us, reduces more than half of the anxiety that we experience as parents and the doctor's kind, considerate advice just calmed me down.
Happy baby, happy mom! Thank you Dr. Robb.
I'm so glad I didn't call my own surgery this time and have to feel upset for not being helped. (Portsmouth)

In fact, this medical service doesn't deserve a single star. :( I am following up with medical centre for the blood pressure monitor result since 8th Oct yet I have not received the same till today. Today is 11th November. I was hoping that they will consider my case as priority since I am not taking medicines. I am not sure whether they are aware about the severity of blood pressure condition or not.

No compassion at all. My mum was crying with pain in her back and was told there was nothing they can do. Wasn't even offered pain killers to help

I've been waiting 15 working days for a call back for my 4yo son! Ridiculous! No one answers the phone there and they never give you test results. Totally fed up.

I've been with this doctors now for 21 years & these past few years they have got terrible, the reception think they are doctors, they never answer the phone straight away, they take forever when no one is allowed down there now. Doctors wont see you now & it takes them over 14 days to reply to a askmygp. Its disgusting, something needs to be done & quick.

Be aware you cannot book appointments here. Have been told its a 14 WORKING day time frame between initial request and when the doctor will then decide or not if they want to see you.

An absolute disgrace. Told by Dr. Hay that my prescription would be done the next day. Rubbish. 4 days later and 2 complaints over the phone and they've finally decided to do something.Really , really poor. Especially as I suffer from asthma. Terrible. Complained to NHS England. Twice I was told the prescription would be done. Nothing at all. Let's see if the prescription is done tomorrow
