Services
As a qualified and experienced Reiki Master Teacher and Psycho-therapist, I work pro-actively to help overcome underlying drivers to imbalance and dis-ease, for deeper self awareness and understanding. I have been practicing for over 14 years. I teach many forms of Reiki and deliver various treatments, through an eclectic approach, with client need at the heart of the process.
Counselling, Coaching, Distant Healing, Soul Guided sessions, Spiritual Readings, workshops and courses can be booked to suit, in person, Skype or telephone available. Workshops can also be delivered to your own groups, via Skype or in your own area, subject to numbers attending. Travel costs will be added to prices and agreed prior to services being delivered.
Reiki is a Japanese word meaning "Universal Life-Force-Energy", pronounced ray-key. The "Ki" being the same as Chi or Qi, the Chinese word for the energy which underlies everything and that flows through meridians or channels within the body. It is an ancient healing practice that's becoming increasingly popular as a complementary therapy and is being used much more widely alongside conventional healthcare.
Reiki is suitable for both people and animals and can be effective with a wide range of problems, from physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual and behavioural. During treatments you will be seated or lying on a couch, fully clothed, with shoes removed. It may be necessary to place the hands on the body in various positions; however most of the work is performed in the energy field around the body.
There are various forms of Reiki training available, including Usui, Angelic, Crystal, Animal, Triune and more, which are detailed below. Plus Reiki refresher courses. Please also see Further Development or Workshop and other sections, for more training options. Courses are highly tailored, can be booked one-to-one, or for your own groups and delivered to suit.

I recently decided that I wanted to learn how to meditate. Jayne at You Reiki has proved to be an excellent teacher, she has guided me through the learning process. I have been seeing her on an individual basis and at each session she stretches and teaches how to improve my practice. It is a wonderful journey of continuing learning, enlightenment & discovery. I can't speak highly enough of her skills and would be more than happy to recommend her service to anyone who is looking for treatment &/or teaching within the holistic environment. I attened YouReiki to complete my Level 1 in Reiki. I found the course very informative and was delivered very professionally at times and dates that suited myself. I really enjoyed the course and its flexibility, the support for Jayne Derbyshire who runs the courses was fantastic. I also attend weekly Reiki shares, these shares consist of a small group (5 people max) to practice giving and receiving Reiki treatments in a safe and relaxed enviroment, which is supervised by the course teacher Jayne. The shares are a great way to put into practice and gain more reiki knowledge from the hands on expereince
