Ayurvedic Facial Massage is a wonderfully peaceful and calming treatment that has helped many of our clients fall gently into a deep state of relaxation and tranquility, thus allowing a real escapism from the fast pace of life. During an Ayurvedic Facial, gentle pressure is applied with fingers and thumbs to specific marma points on the shoulders, neck, scalp and face.

Ayurveda is a vast system of healing that has been practiced in India for thousands of years, and translates as Knowledge of Life. It is a complete system, with various components aimed at improving emotional, physical and mental health. Throughout the body are energy points known as Marmas, through which Prana (vital energy) flows.
