Wow what an amazing massage I can not recommend this women enough. I have never felt so calm, relaxed and welcomed. the technique used to massage my pain and stress away was outstanding. Her knowledge of the human body and how to cure aches and pains is on a professional level. I highly recommend a massage from pure hands on Therapies. Pricing is brilliant, service is amazing and treatment is outstanding. It's rare to find such a brilliant business that has the whole package, highly recommend!!!

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge. Her holistic approach was so in tune with exactly where the pain or tension was in my back. I left feeling lighter and more relaxed. This is one of the best things you can do for yourself. The negative feedback is definitely not a reflection of the experience I had, which has been great by the way. I think some people need to lighten up, there are always 2 sides to a story. Considering I got this at a really cheap price I would still pay the full price and I do intend to come back very soon.

I never got my birthday present, a massage, booked through groupon. They were a no show when i turned up for my appointment, went back to groupon and followed all the guidence but it just says it all when my polite email was ignored, my phone calls ignored and eventually they blocked my number. No refund no manners! I am self employed and would never treat any of my clients in this disgusting way. Good luck running a business when you dont deliver the service and therefore steal the payment.

She was 15 mins late arriving for my massage with no apology whatsoever, I asked several times not to do certain areas but she carried on anyway, having said that the massage itself was quite good, very firm just the way I like it

Horrible service, rude and I was kept waiting in a Reception area for 45 minutes without anyone else around or telling me that she would be with me soon. When she finally came out, no apology, just said it wasn't her fault! My friend had the first appointment of the day and she was late for that (she came into work late)! Do not use. I will not get my money back because it was booked through Groupon. She got paid and didn't even do the pedicure because I was going to be late for another appointment. AVOID!!!!!!!

PLEASE PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE. So terrible and rude. Booked voucher fee groupon went to book the first time she cancelled and said she has a funeral I understood this and felt bad so went to rebook for couple weeks later but then she said she doesn't have nothing for well over a month I still choose to wait. Finally 8 weeks passed on the day I was booked again to go she cancelled on me again! Wouldn't refund no money and was rude. I just think she lies and can't run a business. Never again.

I booked my Mum in here for a mother's day treat via Groupon and she was very happy and has been back several times since.
My Partner and I have recently moved into the area and visited Pure Hands-on Therapies on my Mum's recommendation for a full body massage and we were both very happy. I have just returned from my appointment and feel very relaxed.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, I felt very safe and relaxed in Nadine's hands and will definitely be returning soon for another treatment.
