We continue to follow the advice issued by the UK and Scottish Governments and the NHS and we have now implemented our contingency plan for continuity of business, in view of the increased restrictions put in place, and our wish to ensure the continued health of our colleagues, clients and the wider population.

Our offices will be closed until further notice, pending further Government advice and a lifting of the restrictions currently in place. All of our staff are now working remotely from home with full and secure access to our databases, e-mail and our telephone system. However some services such as the provision of keys held for properties will not be available.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Serious lack of management, care and attention. I’m in the process of removing them from our property management as they consistently fail at doing their job. I highly recommend you avoid at all costs.

TERRIBLE COMPANY
I have a leak from my ceiling that was reported over four weeks ago, they sent someone to clean the gutters which didn't solve the problem.
Every week I call to chase on them and every time they ask as if I have never reported the problem.
They put you on hold and then the line always gets cut and they never call back.

Terrible, unhelpful and often rude. Website is a complete embarrassment. Their antiquated payment system means you can't even access your account history, see your remaining balance etc. They're clearly not arsed to change it. Think our building is about to sack them - absolute waste of money.

Appalling service, no one deals with queries , and customer service do nothing to deal with problems. I am receiving repeated invoices despite no longer owning the property. Avoid this organisation!

We are currently in the process of buying a new property, and everything has gone so smoothly, with the exception of this factoring company. Our solicitor requested the basic paperwork from them 3 weeks ago, with still no update. Everything is in place for us to move, and the only people dragging their feet are 'Walker Sandford'. You can imagine how frustrating this is for us, and the seller's team. All we need is the basic paperwork displaying the factor's details etc. The fact they have been so slow to act on anything is truly shocking, and has extremely disappointed us. As soon as we get the

CAUTION STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - very unprofessional, moved out of my flat in March 2016 due to water ingress of common gutter pipe. Still not resolved Jan 2017. Many, many complaints regarding their service.

As an owner of a property factored by Walker Sandford, words cannot accurately describe how terrible their service is.
Repeated emails and phone calls go unanswered for weeks, if not permanently. Various staff members make offers of help "first thing tomorrow" and promise urgent responses which never arrive, but (funnily enough) "payment due" reminders and "late payment fees" are right on time!
Then there is the issue of their "trusted contractors" who perform all maintenance work. Forget about using locally-run firms; Walker Sandford have sent plumbing firms from Paisley to fix a leaky pipe

This firm epitomises everything that's wrong with Property Management Companies. They were recently accused over building "jobs for the boys" in the Sunday Mail (July 2013) and the article does make sense. The article drew attention to several suspicious links between "Maintain-Us Building Ltd" (the contractor they use) and Walker Sandford. The anger and betrayal I felt after reading the article gave me the urge to leave this review. This wouldn't be such an issue if the contractors complete jobs to a high standard but it's not.

We own a flat in Hillhead . I am very happy to confirm, that despite previous issues with Walker Sandford when they did not attend to Storm damage and blocked drains in a timely fashon, recent communications have resolved the outstanding matters. There has also been a significant improvement in communication and a more personal and prompt approach to my questions and request for information.
