The worst agents I have ever dealt with. On expiry of my lease they increased my rent from £225pcm to £500pcm!!! I was told this "in their eyes it is fair" Not to be trusted and operate like cowboys. Rented the building at 78 Victoria road, no hot water, roof constantly leaked, ridiculous electric bills as there is no gas for heating, wasps in the roof, squirrels! You litterally couldn't make it up. It's these type of agents that make letting so horrifying
