Various amalgamations and acquisitions have taken place over the years which has ensured the continuing growth of the firm. In 2006 an office was opened in Edinburgh and in 2016 the Glasgow office moved to larger premises in West Regent Street. Redpath Bruce LLP is a practice of Chartered Surveyors dealing with our investment and development consultancy and residential lettings.

Sitting alongside this firm is our property management company, Redpath Bruce Property Management Ltd, a member of the Property Managers Association Scotland Ltd and registered as a Property Factor in Scotland.

Our repairs department can be contacted during office hours, Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm on 0141 332 9041 or (for non urgent matters) via repairs@redpathbruce.co.uk. In the case of an emergency out with office hours we have provided contact details below of some of our approved emergency contractors.
At Redpath Bruce we provide a professional property management service, with responsibility for the areas of a development under common ownership. We specialise in all types of property from traditional tenements to modern blocks of flats and grounds maintenance. Each property has a dedicated property manager who is fully conversant with all matters relating to that property.
Redpath Bruce LLP manage and let a diverse range of properties on a long and short-term basis across Scotland in both city centre and rural locations. We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Scottish Association of Landlords and The Council of Letting Agents.

Our staff are fully trained and experienced in all aspects of lettings management and we comply fully with the Letting Agent Code of Practice (Scotland) Regulations 2016.We have been letting property in Glasgow for over 100 years, we have a proven track record and a growing portfolio of good quality properties in Glasgow and elsewhere in Scotland.
A: When you purchased your property, it was the responsibility of your solicitor at that time to provide you with information regarding the factoring arrangements in place. You can also check your Title Deeds or Deed of Conditions which may make provision for the appointment of a professional managing agent or Factor to manage the common areas of your property or shared grounds with your neighbours.
