Anyone who is registered as a patient at our health care practice in Coventry or who has received treatment from us can make a complaint. Receptionists do what they can over the phone, GP's I was sad when Dr Evans left. Dr.Kleine and Dr. Wilson are very thorough.. They are trying their best, at a very difficult time. Getting an appointment when urgently needed is very hard and receptionists can only prioritise, offer what they see available on their screen.

Thank you so much for an excellent professional caring service. My mum was on end of life care. All I had to do was call in the morning leave a message about my mum to Dr Kleine and Dr Kleine would call me back even doing same day home visits even when she wasn't on call. The continuity of care made her passing so much easier. Thank you Dr Kleine and her fabulous team for always going above and beyond. Brilliant service highly recommend thanks Jayne Twigg on behalf of my mum Gladys Garratt.

This is a useless surgery.if you call to book an appointment, they will ask us to call on the day you need an appointment. When calling in immediately surgery opened, 8am, they will say it completely booked for all day. If we insist for an appointment urgently, they would say gp will call you back. We have to wait all day for their call !!.
Don't understand how all the slots have been booked over the night which was not allowed to book in advance.
No help or proper advice is available from the receptionist and their attitude is very rude.
We are very disappointed the way of their services provided

Horrible practice.
Doctor Smith initially ignored my requests for her to stop inserting my coil because it was too painful and then outright refused saying, "we're nearly done." I was left in so much pain from her illegal behaviour that I couldn't hold my 9 month old for almost 24 hours afterwards. She's absolutely vile and has scarred me for life.
The receptionists are often extremely rude, especially since Covid and do not take patient concerns seriously.
The whole place needs shutting down because they do not care about patients. If they had given me a postnatal check last year, my PTSD would

Wife has been calling to try and get an appointment for our 1 year old who can't seem to shift a chesty cough, called 5 times now which can only be done on days she is not at work due to the time it takes to get through. Everytime we call there are no appointments available, ring 111. We then call 111, wait for a call back and they say your "doctors has a duty of care to see you call them and tell them you need to see a doctor". The whole system is a mess and people are told a & e is emergency only, can see why people go there to just get seen by someone especially when children are involved. Will

Receptionists are rude and seem to get satisfaction in deliberately being that way. Impossible to get an appointment, waited half an hour in a queue to be told to ring back at 1.00, which is a regular occurrence. When you do get to see a Doctor the service is no better - with the exception of Doctor Smith. If you have a choice , go elsewhere. I have serious doubts about the way this surgery is run. Could not post comment without giving 1 star rating otherwise it would have been 0 stars.
