A very friendly, caring veterinary team. Our Surbiton clinic in Kingston upon Thames is especially feline friendly, has long opening hours including on Saturdays, offers puppy training, physiotherapy on-site, and there's a free car park too. Never before have I been so compelled to write a negative review. Perhaps because in this case, we're not talking about a bad meal or faulty appliance but animal welfare, ethics and emotion. All things that this clinic severely lacks standards in.
Vet4Life Teddington demonstrated a concerning absence of compassion, care and guidance on a day that our cat sadly had to be put to rest. Their prescribed course of diagnosis was scattergun and ill-judged based on our cats history and personality. All of which they knew due to many years history (the majority of which was under previous independent management

The team at Vet4Life Teddington have been amazing! They are always friendly, professional and go above and beyond to help. Even if just for advise, they can always be relied upon. I feel better knowing that our pet is cared for under such a great team. I cannot express my gratitude enough!!

Brought in a very sick 10 week old puppy. We were met with indifference and not much emotion. It was a very distressing time. She nearly died and they weren't very empathetic or supportive. Very business and payment first. We felt it was the wrong environment and took her to another vet who were lovely and got very attached to her while working to save her life. So glad we listened to our instincts and chose another vet.

We used this vet for moving overseas and they missed a few very important bits and nearly messed up the whole process, they then tried to blame us for not telling them, although everything was very clearly laid out In numerous emails, there is not communication between staff. They faff around and take ages to see your pet when in there so if you have an animal that’s already anxious about being in the vets then that’s not ideal and they ended up having to put my dog to sleep to do anything which is very costly and should have been avoidable.

I have been going to vets 4 life teddington for just under a month, each time I have visited me and my pup have been made feel welcome by every member of staff we saw.
I have always told my concerns at each appointment and I have been given all information on each concern. I would recommend vets 4 life to anyone and everyone!

Being a new dog owner. I was a little anxious and unsure of the treatment required and or questions to ask. However from beginning to now I was fully informed of treatment plan, costs, before and after requirements by the friendly Staff. The Nurses were very informative and caring when I dropped off and collected my dog answering all my questions and the courtesy call from the Vet letting me know how things went was an added bonus and gave me the confidence I needed in selecting Vet4life caring for my Pet.

Impeccable experience with Vet4Life in Teddington and in Surbiton. From a lovely receptionist giving advice and booking an appointment, through to a thorough and friendly appointment with my cat - it was all faultless. My cat is very nervous and was quite distressed by the time we got to the vet but she was given time to relax and calm down before… being examined. The vet was so helpful and provided lots of advice and even offered that I could email a photo of the cleaner I am using to make sure it is the best option for my pet. I felt listened to and that we had all the time we needed.

On each visit here I have found the staff friendly, helpful and I feel like my dog receives great care. I am listened to and never feel rushed, staff take time to explain what’s happening, possible treatment and follow up care and appointments are easy to book.
