The care and empathy awarded to my boy after an emergency admission was incredible. We have been a client of Voo for 15 years and yet they still astound me with their skill and emphasis animal welfare. We are lucky to have found them.

When my sweet idiot dog ran into a road in February and was hit by a car, breaking a vertebra and elbow, I took him to the nearest vet, which was a branch of Voo Vets. A nurse who wasn't even on duty but turned up gave him a shot and wrapped him in towels, and told me to take him to the Voo hospital in Surbiton if I wanted a good outcome for him. … A vet was waiting for him and they put him back together. He keeps getting stronger and is learning to walk again, thanks partly to Voo's physio and hydrotherapy. Voo Vets saved him and gave him a decent quality of life, and it does seem that

We received a lovely bunch of flowers from Voo Vets after the passing of our beloved cat. Rolo will be greatly missed, but we take comfort knowing the love and care he received in his last few hours. Thank you… to the team, especially Lydia and the vets involved, for making every effort and comforting him the way we would have done.

Rang up & managed to get an emergency’ appointment an hour later as all other appointments booked. Seen promptly and vet was kind and thorough with Lonzo who was jumping around the room and upset. Given prognosis and medicines after waiting a short time.

Terrible experience. in my opinion, they like money and would do anything to your pet to extract it from you. we have spent a fortune on our cat gladly, even taking her to the supervet for £7,000 surgery, but the way this practice behaved, I would not feel my cat would be safe in their care.
