Prior to commencing any new project an experienced consultant, will perform a detailed consultation, to establish your complete business needs before demonstrating how to improve the quality of your care service and augment your home's financial performance.Maria Mallaband Care Solutions is part of the Maria Mallaband Care Group, which has been providing elderly and specialist care services since 1996.

An ex-care home owner, Affinity Care's Director, Paul Bradley, is an accomplished professional whose comprehensive experience operating homes with both nursing, residential and dementia clients has proved an asset to numerous care home proprietors throughout the UK.

Having managed homes on behalf of proprietors, introduced marketing strategies to maximise occupancy, conducted management and cost saving audits and mentored new owners, Paul has successfully enhanced both the standards of care and the long-term financial viability of his clients' businesses.
Affinity Care can operate a care home on behalf of its proprietor(s) in order to relieve the owner of their business' day-to-day issues. With the help of the proprietor's current workforce, Affinity Care make sure that appropriate care is given to all Service Users, and take time to ensure that they and their relatives are satisfied with the standard and level of care provided.
This service is available as part of the Management Service or on a consultancy ad-hoc basis. Affinity Care can develop proposals to improve the marketing of your home to its target audience, the focus of which is to uphold high occupancy and assist the manager's efforts in maintaining a high profile in the local community, ensuring that he/she is constantly aware of the need to promote the home's positive image.
This service is available as part of the Management Service or on a consultancy ad-hoc basis. Affinity Care will ensure that all staff are appropriately trained and encourage the development of a structured and funded training programme, with the necessary staff records being maintained.

We will also implement a system of care whereby staff uphold a good relationship with the home's residents and maintain a good working relationship with the company.Review staffing levels, grades, and pay rates, ensuring that sufficient staff are on duty to meet the legally required minimum standards as set by the Registration Authority.
