When Kieran and Gordon McAtamney opened their first shop in 2000 they brought with them a wealth of knowledge.
Kieran's grandfather opened his first butcher's shop in 1953 in Kilrea, Co. Derry and having gained his experience under his grandfather, Kieran passed on his experience to Gordon. With this expertise under their belts they set out to create great produce from locally sourced beef, pork, lamb and poultry.
