Just want to say a massive thank you. I shop in Ballyhackamore branch at least 3-4 times a week. Always the best meat and the best service.
This week we were thrown into self isolation thanks to covid. On Monday I accessed your website to see about a same day delivery to discover that deliveries dont run on Mondays.
A quick phone call to your… customer service team and the lovely Finnuoula (hope I got her name right) was on the ball immediately. She got the guys from Ballyhack to do a meat delivery straight to my door and then sent the rest of the stuff the following day by their normal

Sticking to the facts here.Halal meat intended for Muslims ended up at my door. Julie in customer services as witnessed,stated that the manufacturer had made a mistake. All labels would be removed from existing large chicken breast packages.At this stage I switched off,not one for story telling. People can make their own mind up, my family will… never purchase from corries butchers again. My experience of customer service was dishonest and more than once ‘the girls’ where having a wee natter while a customer waits on the phone. What meat are you getting!!!???

Excellent quality service the delivery arrived extremely well packaged in individual boxes (looked very professional nice graphics), baked goods sourced from excellent bakers and the meat was of a very good quality and excellent value , will be ordering again. Love the online service it's nice to browse through the products etc and order was delivered within 48 hrs A +++++++
