Strength and Conditioning is the physical and physiological development of athletes for elite sport performance. Strength and Conditioning is about more than lifting weights - it encompasses the entire development of the athlete and what is needed to improve physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability with strength training.
Budokan Martial Arts for kids runs every Monday and Wednesday, 6:00pm - 7:00pm to suit all levels. It incorporates Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu in a fun and friendly environment. This class will help teach your child Self Defence, Discipline, Respect and also Increase your child's Self Esteem, Concentration, Balance and Co-Ordination.
People require private sessions for a number of reasons. So whether you would like to build your confidence before joining our mixed classes, excel in martial arts by training more or find that it is the only time you have because of other commitments, Budokan MMA can help. We offer one-to-one sessions or if you felt more comfortable training with a few friends, we also cater for small groups.
The club Instructors will introduce themselves to you and answer any questions you may have. Everyone will then get on the mat and be guided through a warm-up to improve stamina and fitness. The classes themselves consist of demonstration and practice of the techniques of our system. The Instructors will then end the class by taking everyone through a brief cool down and stretches.

Amazing gym with very nice people in there. I picked up heaps and heaps of knowledge here when I trained and I'll always recommend this gym to anyone regardless of skill level. They cater to all levels so if you have no clue about fighting then head on down, they'll welcome you and teach you so much.

Great club, very beginner friendly and the coach and the other instructors are excellent at what they do and very passionate and experienced about teaching. Everyone is made to feel welcome, even as a complete beginner, like I was myself a few weeks ago. Also With Budokan MMA you don’t only learn MMA as a sport but also how to adapt the techniques for self defence, which is something you rarely get taught at other MMA clubs or gyms (at least from my own experience). To top it off the people who train here are a good bunch and there are no inflated egos, or any elitism to be found here amongst
