Struggled in on crutches, was told a week to see a doctor.
Update.
If you bothered to read the bit about I was on crutches. It is the NATIONAL health service not just for registered patients. Your receptionist was rude and basically said tough go somewhere else (this was when you opened with one person waiting)
I would have been fine waiting but to be told a week is a disgrace.
Try reading your own rules and procedures.
