What an excellent find! My wife and I were gifted an afternoon tea voucher and enjoyed the best afternoon tea ever! And we lived in West Cornwall, home of the cream tea, for nearly 10 years! Impeccable service, cosy surroundings, and even a 'doggy box' as there was just too much to finish on the day! Highly, highly recommended and somewhere we'll definitely be visiting again!

We had a cream tea voucher from last Christmas and swan house tea rooms was the nearest place to us that accepted it . Certainly wasn’t disappointed with the selection , had to take the cakes home as I was so… full . Fresh sandwiches and the scones were delicious too . Will be back soon . Thanks again esp to the waitress who was just covering for the manager/owner .

Our dining experience was below average at best, staff were far to preoccupied with their takeaway deliveries to actually serve us our meals, resulting in an hour wait for breakfast which was not the nicest. No apologies were offered by the staff for the every increasing delays in food and our toast was cold upon arrival.
I would recommend that perhaps in future staff instruct customers that food isn’t being served at that time as they have a multitude of items that are being made for a special delivery and that it is only cold foods and drinks that can be served.
Unfortunately we will not

First visit here and was really impressed. Booked a Sunday lunch for the family. Beautiful setting, quaint building with homely touches. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Had prawn cocktail.to start - best I have tasted in a long time. Roasts were beautifully cooked and portions of vegetables more than enough for all diners. Good was delicious, meals reasonably priced fantastic place , will definitely go back

What can I say! Absolutely lovely Tea Room. We were staying close by so messaged Lorraine last night to see whether we could book a table for a Cream Tea today. Lorraine got back to us immediately and she was… so accommodating even though they were really busy today in the Tea Room! When we arrived Lorraine served us and was an amazing host. We had so many options of flavoured scones it was amazing! So we decided on raspberry and white chocolate, and a blueberry one. Absolutely gorgeous and there were two each!! The Afternoon Teas looked absolutely amazing too! Thank you so very much to
