SW & C Jackson is an independent optometry practice based in Nantwich which has been established since 1888. We believe our patients are the lifeblood of the practice so we have invested in the most up to date equipment to ensure you get the best clinical care. Helen qualified as an Optometrist in 1989 having graduated from Aston University with a First Class Honours Degree. After years honing her skills in all areas of optometric practice, keen to provide optical service her way, she purchased SW & C Jackson Opticians in 2007.
Helen has undertaken additional training and qualification to provide shared care with local hospital departments for patients ocular hypertension and stable glaucoma and cataract pre and post operative assessment.She is a photographer for the Cheshire Diabetic Retinopathy Screening Service and accredited by the Wales Optometric Post-graduate Education Centre to provide both enhanced examinations and emergency eyecare.

First time visit to the practice and cannot recommend enough. Friendly and professional where you are treated as a valued customer.
Eye examination first class. Whole experience was a pleasure and reassuring.
This is the place where you are not rushed through like certain well known national chain Optician practices.

Brilliant Opticians. My husband found while on holiday that his eyesight had deteriorated. On our return they were able to see us. Luckily nothing serious which was a great relief. The whole experience was professional supportive yet friendly. The coffee is not bad either. Happy to recommend this 5 star practice.

Brilliant opticians in Nantwich. Went the extra mile when I registered as I had only just moved to Nantwich and broke my glasses. The service from start to finish was brilliant with a thank you card and phone call asking if everything is ok with the glasses.
All the staff are very friendly and have very up to date machines that I have never been offered before in my previous opticians. Would recommend you register here if you are looking for an opticians in Nantwich. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased a pair of new glasses a few months ago from Jacksons Opticians, a spring in part of the frame broke unexpectedly, I returned these and was subsequently looked after brilliantly, the team were really helpful and sent the Frame back to the manufacturer and replaced without hesitation. It is lovely to receive such great service from a small friendly independent local company.

A niche market for those who value a personal service over the mass market of some well advertised "High Street" opticians.
They provide a wide range glasses and lenses as well as contact lens.
A welcoming staff who go that extra mile to support the optometrist.
Great to find a "traditional" optician in this day of speed over quality. A real find.
