Was an excellent place, nice and quiet hotel just 7 mins from the tube and bus terminal, was clean and tidy, Couldn't ask for much more for the price, bed was comfortable, or though the room was smaller than it looked on the pictures. The staff was excellent, really nice and friendly. Most of our time we spend exploring London, so this is was perfect for a good night sleep. Little noise crept into the room from others and when water was on, no problem for me, but my friend thought it was too noisy. Breakfast needs an improvement, it won't cost that much to add some nice bread (bread was very wet

We did have two rooms booked for 3 nights stay, but the owner suggested the room in basement 001 - I wish we stuck to our original booking now. The room has a double and a single bed, but there is not alot of room and the wardrobe is a joke. This room is great either as a double or a twin, but not for 3 people. No room to store your luggage and not enough hangers. No option to have heating and takes a while for the hot water to come through. Breakfast is neither hit or miss. Very unlikely we'll stay here again.

Stayed in the hotel for 1 night, location was perfect for going to the theatre, however personally I think cleaniness wasn't up to scratch, the skirting boards were dusty and the shower wasn't clean. The shower drain cover was loose and dirty around the edge of it There were hairs in the shower and the shower floor was dirty too. The service was great as it has luggage storage for the day, and the breakfast was pretty excellent, apart from that I would happily stay again if the room was cleaned a bit better.

First room smelled strongly of damp and had visible rainwater leaks. Went down to reception who were super helpful and friendly and agreed it was not fit for habitation.
Second room was larger.
All I want for my money from these budget places is a clean, safe, quiet, reasonably comfortable night's sleep. Unfortunately it wasn't clean (hair on carpet, old underpants under the bed!), quiet (paper thin walls - could hear next door's TV blaring away) or comfortable (lumpy, noisy old mattress).
We got this room for £40, but if we had paid £90 as advertised I would be furious.
Breakfast ok and

Tried checking in earlier with no joy. Was given another basement room which happened to be right next to the dining room! Door was extremely thin so could hear everything in corridor especially when breakfast was getting prepared and guests were going in! Could also hear people from above. There was a broken top part of window and from there a continuous dripping pipe until approx 6am.
I was given a triple room for myself which was fine. I asked to an iron which they couldn’t provide me with one.
On the plus side, the double bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good. Easy check
