Eccleston Square Hotel
The P.M. Boys Club no longer exists. The cost of running it and keeping up with government regulations became too heavy. Secondly, much of the grunt work in hotels and restaurants in London is now done by foreigners on short-term contracts who are willing to live in unregulated, crowded conditions.

When the lease for Eccleston Square ran out, the P.M. Boys Club took another property lease in Earls Court in 1982 for boys, and then another property for girls. At its peak, the P.M. Club accommodated 120 young people working in the industry. In 2002, the P.M. Club chose to conclude its operation of hostels and focus on professional development for young people in the industry.

This hotel was very clean and had very comfortable beds. Room was smaller than I had imagined based on the pictures but usable. Unfortunately the A/C didn't work when we arrived and we couldn't control the room temperature but the team did fix that by the time we got back in the evening.

An excellent boutique hotel, very well situated. All staff I met were delightful and helpful, both public space and rooms were very good. Only minor irritation was that I couldn't open bedroom window at all, no where where you could plus in hair dryer and see in a mirror, bathroom sink ridiculous design - very small with huge tap in the way - and bathroom mirror lighting is horrific!! I'm very low maintenance in terms of hair and make up, but small things that were frustrating and could be easily remedied. Otherwise lovely, I'd definitely stay there again. Lots of nice extra touches. FYI I didn

Needed a short break, wanted a touch of style and we were delighted by the simple elegance of this lovely boutique hotel and its proximity to friends we were hooking up with. Loved the room tech too - the smart glass on the shower, tv in the bathroom, tablets on the bedside table and all easy to use. I would stay here again and happy to recommend :)

Wonderful boutique hotel, wonderful rooms, wonderful staff. Everything was simply amazing. Breakfast was incredible, the pancakes are to die for. All the staff were very welcoming, everything with a smile. Definitely be staying here again next time we travel down to London. Couldn’t find any faults, an amazing gem!

Great experience. Fantastic service. Room was gorgeous, love how all the rooms functions are operated by gadgets. Who thought controlling your lights and bed from an ipad is what we all needed! The massage function in the bed is great too.

Fantastic stay at Eccleston Square Hotel. Great attention to detail, and lovely style throughout the hotel feeling really modern and sleek. The receptionist greeted us well, despite our late arrival. Felt really safe to be there as it was clean and orderly for the covid world we still live in. The room itself was gorgeous with such cool bits and bobs you rarely if not never see in other hotels, e.g. the bed could vibrate and be adjusted, you could open/ close the curtains with one button (gorgeous blackouts too), there were tablets we could use on either side of the bed, and loved the sleek/ warm

I had booked a room for several nights for a course that was taking place at the hotel. Unfortunately the course was cancelled on short notice- two weeks before it was due to take place. Contacted the booking company and the hotel directly but the hotel were completely unwilling to be understanding- declining to give me a refund or even a credit with the hotel to stay at a different time. Extremely unhelpful hotel.

Very stylish hotel in a central location. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were small (less than a metre around the bed) felt a little claustrophobic. The food offered for breakfast was not very nice all. They had no cereal and my friend had scrambled egg which was dreadful very plastic. The facilities in the room were great and very high tech. The bedding was gorgeous and soft. There was a huge stain on our towel which was quite off-putting for us as cleanliness is high on our priority list.

Sadly, the shower didn’t work. It randomly came on AFTER we called reception. The receptionist mentioned it may be the boiler if everyone is showering at the same time, but honestly a hot working shower isn’t a lot to ask for. Coupled with this, there were a lot of smart features, but no instructions on how to best utilise them. Figuring out the lights just to go to bed took some time.
We also experienced a lot of issues with check-in, coupled with a laissez-faire response from the gentleman in the morning. They fired the gentleman who caused the check-in issues but honestly that doesn’t
