Services
At Cedar Veterinary Group we pride ourselves on being independent and providing our own out of hours service. We feel it is important for you and your pet to be able to visit a practice that you are familiar and comfortable with, especially in an emergency. Your pet will be treated by one of our own vets in order to maintain our high standards of care.
Vets Now are the UK's leading Emergency Out of Hours provider with more than 60 practices all over the UK. They only see emergencies and have the highest Out of Hours emergency caseload in the UK. They are so experienced and knowledgeable in emergency medicine that we trust them to look after your pet when we can't be there.
Our practices have held this highly regarded and voluntary accreditation for many years to assure our clients that we maintain the highest standards of veterinary care. The RCVS is a regulatory body that ensures our veterinary surgeons and registered nurses are properly qualified and fit to practice.
Please see our terms and conditions for further information about when we request payment of fees. We respectfully request payment at the time of treatment. Our fees are carefully constructed to reflect the complexity of a particular procedure, the expertise needed and also the facilities and nursing staff required.
We thoroughly recommend that you consider taking out an insurance policy for your pet. Modern veterinary medicine now enables us to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, some of which can incur expensive procedures and medications that regularly exceed 2000. We are unable to recommend individual insurers so you should take the time to consider different policies taking into account not only cost but also what that policy will cover.

Amazing service from this vets today. We had to move puppy vaccinations around and they dealt with the complications of our situation so well, even phoning the vaccine company for us. The vet took time to give us advice and calm anxieties. Brilliant service and I'm so pleased we moved to this vet!

Staff were lovely, we thought our dog had a tick.
He didn't, the vet came out to the car park and checked him.
Didn't charge us anything but thanked us for checking our dog.
