I have been training with Wade for over a year and I find his calm approach to our sessions extremely motivating. He thoroughly explains what we are going to do and why we are doing it. He is able to do this in a way I can understand. He always ensures I am doing each exercise correctly and safely. Wade provides variety in our sessions helping me to achieve my fitness goals in a balanced and functional way. He is very passionate about what he does and this is reflected in his training and how he interacts with his clients. After suffering a traumatic injury Wade helped me return to the gym carefully

When I started training with Wade 4.5 years ago, I had a few injuries and was a bit nervous about starting with a new trainer. Wade always listens carefully to my concerns before every session, and I never felt that I would reinsure myself. Recovering from a serious car accident himself, he knows how to rehabilitate correctly by gently strengthening or stretching any areas of concern. He's dedicated to nutrition and knows all the physical therapy options and I learned a lot from him. Besides, he's a great guy and we always had a lot of fun. I do fitness classes and had worked with trainers in the past, but nothing has ever come close to what Wade provides as your coach. He over exceeded my expectations.
He dedicated each workout to match my needs and goals and truly transformed my body.

Wade is a fantastic trainer and I highly recommend him for any of your fitness goals. He knows how to push people just the right amount and is incredibly supportive.
