For many years I have been on various diet plans and exercise regimes with varying degrees of success. Kidsfit is an opportunity for children to explore fitness in a fun and enjoyable environment while learning the basic fundamentals of human movement. Too often kids are serialised into certain sports that may not be the right one for them or they simply do not enjoy it. At No Limits Fitness I look to include various activities and exercises to give children the chance to sample various sports.
