I’ve been training with Tom for around two and a half years, he’s a dedicated trainer who always attempts to get the best out of you.
Throughout the first year of my training with Tom we focused mainly on fat loss and nutrition. I lost just over 35kg of weight and gained a fitness level I never imagined I’d have.
Tom is excellent at motivating you to reach your goals and knows when you just aren’t feeling up to it and to hold back. He has always listened to whats sore / uncomfortable and is quick to either work through it or improvise with new training methods.

Tom is extremely knowledgeable, professional and an expert in what he does. He provides a safe, inclusive environment and his gym is of an extremely high standard. I have been going to Tom for over 3+ years and I always feel like I am being cared for, listened to and provided bespoke training that works best for me. I can't recommend Tom enough.

I have been doing one-to-one training with Tom 2-3 times a week, for the past few months, in the run up to my wedding. Feeling bored, massively uninspired and a bit lost, i turned to Tom for guidance, after joining his gym. Not having done anything like this before, i didn't really have any expectations, and to be honest i was a little bit nervous. Almost 3 months in, i am genuinely loving it. I feel and look so much better and have definitely achieved my initial goals, which was to lose body fat, tone up and ultimately feel great for my wedding. I am so pleased with the results..my wedding dress
