Ensure you ask for a Solicitor! It does not take any longer regardless of what the officer says - a Solicitor is duty bound to do his/her best for you - the Police will not. Regardless of what the Police say, having a Solicitor does not make the process any quicker.
Solicitors are obliged to be at the Police station within 45 minutes, as soon as you ask for one (Remember its free of charge) they will be regularly calling the Police station and will attend to get you dealt with as quickly as possible. It is vital that you understand your legal rights to silence and to have legal advice on the limits to police powers.

Although Legal Aid has been removed from many areas of Prison Law, we feel strongly that we should continue to represent prisoners in every aspect of prison law and go the extra mile to ensure our clients' best interests and rights are preserved. We have a small network of representatives around the country to help deal with any issues you or someone you care about who is in prison needs help with.
If you have a court date for driving offence there a several things you need to think about. An experienced solicitor will help you though the process and be there with you at court on the day. If you need a Solicitor to represent you at Court for a driving case then we can help. Even if you are going to plead guilty I can advise you about mitigation and keeping the penalty to a minimum.
The Fraud Act 2006 replaced the existing offences contained in the Theft statutes and made it easier for these offences to be prosecuted. We have experience of successfully representing clients accused of investment fraud, mortgage fraud, expenses claims, and other cases where people, and on occasion companies, have been accused of acting dishonestly.

I am only giving 1 star because I can’t find any option for 0.I can’t believe how unprofessional they are.I have been arrested nearly 6 weeks ago and no summary of letter has sent out.I made a 30 phone calls and every time I was ignored. Finally when I can’t saw any hope to get contact with them I have changed my solicitor but they are not willing to send my file to my new solicitor. My solicitor keep emailing and tracing but alas no luck. You actually can’t do anything about it.Just will be frustrated and may be write a review.Don’t think will make much difference.
