I used them for conveyancing, I was a cash buyer and they still took 14 weeks to complete and left me in a situation with the local council which has cost me £3000 to rectify.
I eventually took my complaint with this firm to the Legal Ombudsman who decided that the service provided by them fell below a reasonable standard, however I still ended up paying out the £3000, so my advise to anyone is, avoid this firm like the plague!!! I had to give a star to post this, unfortunately there was no minus option.
I don't expect them to reply to this review, as there's not much they could really say

Gardner and Croft LLP are horrendously unprofessional. They misspelled their client's name in all three letters as well as addressing family under the wrong title of relationship. Letters were copy and pasted, resulting in factually incorrect statements.
After bringing this to their attention, I was ignored, even after several chaser emails demanding a response. They have completely shown themselves up, resulting in me losing all faith in their services.
My advice is to go somewhere else. Through my experience I deem this company is completely incapable of running a solicitors.

Excellent service throughout the purchase of a leasehold flat. Mr Jay Sandhu and his secretaries kept us informed regularly and we had good meetings to discuss the whole process. I fully recommend Gardner Croft solicitors.

Don't go near this company. I had the misfortune to use them some years back. I was involved in a major car accident and was injured. They proceeded to almost destroy the case and if I had not changed solicitors I would DEFINITELY have lost. There is no question, no question they were not interested and incompetent. I ended up settling for 100's of thousands of £'s yet under their watch I was on the verge of having the case kicked out!

I received a very good service when purchasing a leasehold flat. The solicitor spent time explaining everything to me, and I felt a very thorough process was carried out.

I was really happy with the service that J the solicitor and his secretary Sarah provided. They went through every detail with me and guided me through the whole process of selling my property. I would definitely recommend them, especially for property buying and selling. Great advice and great service.
