Worse solicitor experience ever! Extremely slow, rude, very unprofessional, very unhelpful, not responding to emails and sometime "hiding" when you ask to speak them on the phone. Started our sale process end of June with no chain and still waiting due to solicitors been slow and ignoring our case. Wouldnt recommended to anyone especially if you are in rush to sell or buy.

Used these regarding a family law matter, the solicitor in question, did not pursue what I had requested of him, changed arrangements rather than sticking to what I had requested of him, generally do what they want, when they want and take your money and then when you complain they see no wrong doing in themselves, advice is stay clear of these money grabbers!!! 500 to do a phone call representation due to covid wasn't even on the phone an hour! STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE MONEY GRABBERS!!!

Not a direct relationship, but they are representing our buyers. The entire process has been held up by them, literally months.
We are on the verge of losing the house we want to buy now, and having dealt with them from the other side, I would want nothing to do with anyone using them to buy a house!

Appalling slow progress at the crucial latter stages of a sale. I run an estate agency in Kent and found this firm to be a barrier to a long chain of sales as a result of a lack of communication to other parties involved and being "too busy" to deal with urgent matters on the day of exchange when needed despite the request being made early in the morning. It appeared other less crucial work was prioritised.
